ANNOUNCEMENTS

We provide free online therapy for various mental health concerns. We offer our popular Wellbeing Course, the UniWellbeing Course, the Chronic Health Conditions Course, and the Alcohol Change Course (which is offered Canada-wide).

PSPNET provides ICBT programs tailored to meet the needs of PSP and their relationship partners. We offer therapist-guided ICBT to PSP in Saskatchewan, Quebec, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island, and Ontario. We also offer self-guided ICBT to PSP and their partners across Canada.
